In this course, attendees will learn how to design a CAD model from concept to manufacturing. This is a 4-Hour Fusion 360 interactive instructor-led training course designed to familiarize users with the CAD environment and basic functionality in Fusion 360 as it relates to the manufacturing environment. Attendees should have access to their own valid license of Fusion 360 base, basic knowledge of Windows or Mac operating systems, a stable internet connection, and access to email before and during training. You'll learn how to create parametric solid models from scratch and see how design changes can be applied, even after manufacturing process have been associated to the original design model. Then you'll learn how quick and easy it can be to edit your model, then regenerate associated manufacturing processes to account for your design changes. You'll also learn how to create CAD models for fixtures and soft jaws for unique part shape holding.
