General Training Terms and Conditions

​

All companies, company representatives, and/or individuals purchasing or attending any training course provided by CADCAMPILOT, LLC agree to the general training terms and conditions described herein.

​

Online Courseware and Computer Policy

For any course offered Online, customer is expected to provide at least one training computer per attendee from their respective company or group during the entire course of training. Customer's computer(s) should have the respective Autodesk software being trained installed and ready for use prior to the training start date.

It's also required that the customer's computer(s) have access to a stable internet connection and email. Note that some computer administrative rights may be required to access the Online training platforms (Zoom or GoTo Meeting) during training. It's recommended  that administrators insure attendees have administrative rights to their training computer(s) prior to the training start date and throughout the course of training.

Onsite Courseware and Computer Policy

For any course offered Onsite (Customer's location), the customer must provide their own computer(s) capable of running the software being trained. It's also recommended that customer computer(s) have access to a stable internet connection and email.

Additionally, customer's computer(s) should have the latest version of the software being training installed prior to the training start date.

If customer cannot provide adequate computers at their location, CADCAMPILOT can provided rental training computers with training software installed, and training content loaded and ready for use by all registered attendees during the course of training. Additional cost for rental computers will vary depending on the number of computers requested by the customer at time of booking (Limit 6) and training location for shipping.

Classroom (Office) Courseware and Computer Policy

For any course taken at CADCAMPILOT office training facility, or a designated CADCAMPILOT partner training facility, computers will be provided with training software installed, and training content loaded and ready for use by all registered attendees during the course of training.

 

Attendee Code of Conduct

CADCAMPILOT expects all attendees to conduct themselves in a reasonable professional manor and treat any and all training equipment, facilities, staff and other attendees with the highest regard of respect, safety, and care while they participate in any of our training courses or events; whether they be held at CADCAMPILOT office training facilities, online, onsite, or at a designated partner facility.

For the well-being and safety of our staff, attendees, facility, and equipment, anyone violating these terms and conditions may be asked to leave the class and/or premises without a refund or rescheduling of the remainder of their purchased course.

 Additionally, if any of the for-mentioned terms are violated by customer or attendees during Onsite training at a customer's facility, CADCAMPILOT staff may leave the class and/or premises and terminate the training without a refund or rescheduling of the remainder of customer's purchased course.

Although CADCAMPILOT staff will make every attempt to avoid and prevent ejection of attendee(s) or termination of any training course, the safety and well-being of our staff, attendees, facilities, and equipment are priority, and we will ultimately rely on our staff's best judgement at the time of occurrence in each case when making our final decision.

Training Course Attendees

All persons attending any CADCAMPILOT, LLC training courses must be direct employees of the company purchasing the training course and designated to receive the training by a recognized representative of the same company. All attendees must be registered with full name, email, and company role prior to training start dates.

Individuals who purchase private training, not as a company, must be the person attending the training and cannot assign or designate any another individual(s) to attend in their place, unless agreed to in writing at time of purchase by a CADCAMPILOT representative, the individual purchasing the training, and the individual(s) attending the training.

Discount Policy

Although discounts are rarely issued, CADCAMPILOT does occasionally promote various training courses and/or events. Discounts are only valid on new course registrations, and cannot be applied to prior booked, scheduled, or registered courses. Discounts are only applicable to single course offerings, and are not valid for Onsite training or certain CADCAMPILOT events. Discounts must be mentioned or entered at the time of booking and/or registration. To enjoy your discount, payment is required prior to the course or event start dates.

Payment

For Office and Onsite (in-person), or Custom Online training, payment must be received at least 30 days prior to the training start date or upon booking, if the 30 day mark has already passed.

Any customer booking Office, Onsite, or Custom Online training within 30 days of the training start date, must receive written confirmation of registration and payment by email from a CADCAMPILOT representative before planning to attend training.

For any open enrollment online training courses offered through our website, payment is accepted at the time of booking via the "Book Online" page on our website, or by electronic invoice sent to customer by email from a CADCAMPILOT representative at time of booking or registration.

Any customer booking Online open enrollment training must receive written confirmation of registration and payment by email from a CADCAMPILOT representative before planning to attend training.

Training Delivery Expiration

Due to internal accounting policies, all paid course(s) must be registered and completed by customer within one (1) calendar year of purchase date.

CADCAMPILOT will make every reasonable attempt to fulfill customer's purchased training course delivery, however in the event that a customer does not take delivery of any purchased training course, and a resolution by CADCAMPILOT and customer can not be met after the one (1) year anniversary from purchase date, all course payments and course delivery entitlements will be forfeited.

Cancelling an Open Enrollment (Classroom) Registration

​

Classroom (Office) training cancellation policy
If costumer decides to cancel any purchased Open Enrollment (Classroom) training course, cancellation notice must be received and acknowledged by CADCAMPILOT at least fifteen (15) calendar days before the start of a registered course. 

In the event that the customer gives CADCAMPILOT the required aforementioned notice, customer may receive a full refund for a canceled course, less a $100 administrative fee.

If cancellation notice is given less than fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the registered course start date, no refunds are permitted. However, CADCAMPILOT will make every reasonable effort to reschedule customer to an alternate course date of similar location, product, and content format.

All cancellation notices and registration changes must be received and acknowledged in writing by CADCAMPILOT. Please send any cancellation notices or change requests by e-mail to training@cadcampilot.com

Attendee substitutions may be made for any previously registered attendee without penalty or additional cost at any time before the course start date. We do ask that customers immediately notify CADCAMPILOT by email at training@cadcampilot.com for any attendee changes or substitutions.

Rescheduling Policy

If notice is given fifteen (15) or more calendar days before the course start date, customer may reschedule their course dates and choose from any future course dates available. Please reference our training calendar at https://www.cadcampilot.com/classroom-training-calander for available course dates or contact CADCAMPILOT for additional dates.

Customer can reschedule any single (1) purchased course up to two (2) times. Additional reschedules are not allowed.

No-Shows

If a registered attendee(s) (student) does not show up to a scheduled course session without notice, there will be no refund or rescheduling permitted. Payment for registered course will be automatically forfeited for No-Shows.

CADCAMPILOT understands that emergencies and delays happen, so we ask that customers make every attempt to contact their CADCAMPILOT representative as soon as possible, should an emergency situation arise that will affect your showing up to a scheduled course session.

Classroom Courses canceled or rescheduled by CADCAMPILOT 

Although rare, CADCAMPILOT may cancel or reschedule Open Enrollment (Classroom) courses from time to time. 

CADCMAPILOT reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any office courses with insufficient enrollment numbers or under any other circumstances. CADCAMPILOT will attempt to give registered customers and attendees as much advance notice as possible of any change to course schedules. CADCAMPILOT shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential losses to customers or attendees arising whatsoever due to course cancelations or rescheduling by CADCAMPILOT.

Onsite Training Terms and Conditions

​

Payment

Full invoiced payment must be received and acknowledged by CADCAMPILOT at least 30 calendar days prior to the start of Onsite training course, or at the time of booking and registration confirmation, if the course start date is less than 30 calendar days away.

​

Attendees

All persons attending CADCAMPILOT onsite training courses must be direct employees of the company purchasing the training course and designated to receive the training by a representative of the same company. All attendees must be registered with full name, email, and company role prior to training start dates.

Individuals who purchase private training, not as a company, are allowed to attend, however cannot assign or designate any another individual(s) to attend in their place, unless agreed to in writing at the time of purchase by a CADCAMPILOT representative, the individual paying for the training, and the individual who will be attending/receiving the purchased training.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

Cancellations received LESS THAN 21 BUSINESS DAYS before any Onsite training class start date are eligible for partial refunds, however they will be subject to a $350 administrative fee plus any non-refundable booking fees or travel expenses incurred by CADCAMPILOT.

 

Onsite training courses can be rescheduled by customer with written notice NO LESS THAN 21 BUSINESS DAYS before the initial training scheduled start date. Written email notice must be received and acknowledged by CADCAMPILOT, LLC representatives at training@cadcampilot.com NO LESS THAN 21 BUSINESS DAYS prior to Onsite training class start date.

CADCAMPILOT will make every reasonable attempt to reschedule your new preferred training dates, however training dates will be subject to availability.

In no time or in any event shall CADCAMPILOT, LLC or it's employees be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages to customer incurred from cancellation of Onsite training.

No-Shows

If a registered attendee(s) (student) does not show up to a scheduled course session without notice, there will be no refund or rescheduling permitted. Payment for registered class will be automatically forfeited for No Shows.

We understand that emergencies and delays happen, so please make every attempt to contact CADCAMPILOT as soon as possible should an emergency situation arise that will affect your showing up to a scheduled course session.

Online Training Course and Event Terms

​

Online meeting platform use and format

Scheduled Online training courses and events are delivered by CADCAMPILOT to customers and individuals via web-meeting.

Custom Online training courses or One-on-One Online training courses can be delivered to customers via closed (private) online meeting upon request and confirmation.

Open enrollment (group) Online training courses or events are open to the general public, companies, or individuals and may consist of attendees from multiple companies, including attendees outside of any one (1) customer's organization ,so long as they have registered and payed for the course. Absolutely no unregistered attendees are allowed.

CADCAMPILOT may choose to deliver Online training via any web-meeting platform of it's choosing, including but not limited to "Zoom" meetings or "GoTo Meeting".

Online training cancellation policy

If costumer decides to cancel any purchased online training course, cancellation notice must be received and acknowledged by CADCAMPILOT at least Seven (7) calendar days before the start of a registered course for customers to receive a full refund, less a $100 administrative fee. If cancellation notice is given less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the registered course start date, no refunds are permitted. However, CADCAMPILOT will make every effort to reschedule customer to an alternate course date of similar format, product, and content format.

One-on-One (private) or Open Enrollment courses may be postponed or rescheduled by CADCAMPILOT under some circumstances, including but not limited to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, electric power or internet connection failure.

Will these terms change?

CADCAMPILOT may modify, alter or otherwise update these terms and conditions from time to time without notice, and you agree to be bound by such terms as are in effect at the time at which you access CADCAMPILOT training, services, or this website.

These terms and conditions apply while you are accessing the Website and remain in effect indefinitely thereafter.
